I aint played US for about a month, and have new comp since. I don't even know where to get radar from anymore and i wont get it but i only got it as everyone on merlin server used it so i thought wtf if everyone else does i will.

As i already said knowing the guy he could have come up with that crap to avoid saying the truth; he bullied the shit cause he had to show him as a big boy on an Eclipse as group.
Don't fear if his us account would have been suspended for cheating he would have been kicked next day.

I realise NONE of us can 100% say that Penlid use radar (except himself)... BUT him admitting it multiple times along with the screenshots would kinda point to that now wouldnt it?

I just find it odd (if he now didnt use radar at all) that he'd many times over admit to it after the screen was posted.

Anyhoo, we obviously seem to disagree on this matter... i have my oppinions you have yours.
