Well frankly, i suppose its just me (and a horde of other ppl i know) that gets quite pissy against ppl that has to cheat and wreck the game for those that actually play fair.
And no, i wont 'let it drop' since in my eyes, he's a cheating bitch and will always will be

People using this thread to get back on the so ooooold topic about Penlid using radar (on the US) should know better.

No matter what people say, US DAOC is a different game , especially in relation to the guild NFD on Prydwen.

I heard Belomar once cheated in monopoly, he was controlling the bank and took $100 out of it. OMG HE CHEATED IN A GAME AND SAVAGE-CONCLAVE IS SUPPORTING THIS ?!

As a longstanding member of the E&E team I guarantee you that I am vehmently opposed to cheating and I assure you that I care a hell of a lot more about reporting on cheaters, bug abusers, harassers and those breaking CoC than most of you whining about what has no proven effect on the ingame reality.

So as you seem so intent on raising this issue of Penlids radar use... here it is... ill even put it in simple terms for you:

Penlid admitted use of a radar program(s) on the US servers. Those members of this community that are inteligent enough to make the distinction between the US (hosted by Mythic) and European servers (hosted by GOA) will know that there is a clear distinction between the server hosts. As a member of the volunteer community I can assure you that the issue of radar has been discussed at great length on boards where general whining by the likes of you is dismissed as less than inteligent drivel. What is however discussed at length is the need for proof of cheating ingame, without proof of actual cheating on the servers hosted by GOA nothing can be done. What is said by people either, ingame chat channels, on boards such as these or on an internet relay chat channel holds no substance in a legal move to ban someone without factual proof of their actual cheating on a european server gathered from server logs and other substantial evidence...

And quite frankly I couldnt give a toss if you believe it or not... that which I have stated above is plain and simple fact... accept it and start to get on with your life.

Well we hadn't at that time (provided i wasn't playing) any written rule about that crap cause we never had to face it before. That said we didn't feel to boot a player cause of summit it's even not clear if he did on another server (so out of any control we can have on it).
