Is funny to see that Hibs have the bad habit to accuse all good Alb casters for lagwarping. Especialy people that rarely set foot in emain those days, or even if they did they died so fast i doupt they were able to understand what killed them. The only thing they had time to memorize where the names of people giving the killing blows Walker, Solarflare, Pbuck, Thina, Melgar, Teoz etc. None of those hibs were above rr5 back then, while the players they accuse of whatever had proven them skills and the community had granted them the appropriate credit that time.
Now after 2-3 years people come back to accuse them for lagwhatever. Get real there are people that have won and can win without the nead of anykind of abuse or cheat.

Thank god at least we never supported cheaters that had openly admited it.

This is quite shocking to me, but it seems like Straef have a really good point here. I think people would've bitched a lot less if Penlid had been removed from the guild when the radarstuffs got known. Of course it feels better to keep a friend guilded, but then you have to be prepared to take the heat for it, with good arguments, something that I haven't seen yet.

Still, Walker was one of the best casters around, if he didnt prove that on his wizard he proved it on his sorc - and bard. I had to fight that sorc alot of the time, and he wasnt window dragging then.

And IMO, this still, doesnt compare to someone using a fucking radar.

And Tare, they wasnt accused, they ADMITTED it openly, so it makes a huge difference.

Denial? I was playing with Pbuck and Solarflare from the same net cafe, most people knows that. None ever used any kind of cheat abuse even if you dont want to belive me, thats the way it is. Shit connection most of the times was the reason as it was for many other players time to time.

Yes, Walker/pbuck always seemed to lag the living shit out of themselves when trying to move away from attackers, but had no problem casting. Seeing some of you have played this incredibly laggy game for years and years by now, would think you know _everyone_ lags and lagruns like hell when they move. Bad connections only make it worse, personally I was unable to hit moving targets at all for the majority of my playtime. Stationary targets were always fine, but if they took a step forward it all went apeshit for me.
