Tanks are gonna be fucking uber here with NF, 3min purge anyone? There goes soloing for anyone relying on mezz/roots/stuns to kill.
Solo casters are gonna be thing of the past, skalds and mincers will find it much harder aswell. Reroll tanks on here tbh

My current education makes me say a minute is 60 seconds, so 300 seconds can't be 3 minutes.

yeh but not many people wanna spend 5+10+15 = 30 points (ie: rr4) on just a 5 minute purge
altho a lot of people do have the 15 point version - its basicly only pure tanks that spec for the 5 min purge since its worth more than a not-quite-stackable determination.

SoS in NF breaks when you do any action other then healing
So for offense, a speedsong is even better because SoS in NF is also toned down in speed, only speed 4 instead of being in between speed 4-5 like it is now.
It will only be good for giving your healers breathing space, which is still nice but only half of the job SoS does now
