Newest GOA quest

Anyone doing/done the new GOA quest? I'm in snowdonia but i can't find the monk...

Just finished it got a piece of silver that sold for 50G not worth the trouble really.

Not sure if i have found a glitch or a secret start
But i could not remember the name of the guy that gave quest and saw a new Kobold in Vasud so I talked to him, got the quest, then say the real start guy at next building.

Now i have quest and am on step one but i got no additional info on where to go etc

Is this a bug or a planed alternate?
tried a whole dictionary of words on both of them nothing worked and tried passing the item i have to any NPC in range and 99% have no reaction to it
