What are you going to do to improve yourself next year?

I think I'll work harder at Uni, already looks like I'm going to fail this year, have to pull up my socks

Also I need to be wise with my money. Everytime I get a good amount I spend it straight away leaving me penniless for a few weeks.

As I said on the other thread, I plan to devise a cunning strategy that will allow me to stand outside girls' grammer schools with bags of sweets/expensive chocolates/hard drugs without being arrested.

Suggestions are welcome.

I was told by an ex-copper that he gave it up as he couldn't stand all the corruption...certainly gave me a refreshing view of our "protectors of justice"

So no dressing up as a policeman okay?

I'mma drop down to 195lbs of near solid muscle (4% body fat) by May.

Right now, I'm at about 220lbs with a whole lotta fat on me. I get winded running up the stairs. I ran track in highschool and could jump so high I could stick my arm into a basketball rim... up to my elbow... with a standing jump... and I was only 5'10" tall.

I'm gonna get back to my glory days.

Pfft, that's nothing. I took a leisurely walk today for a lighter.. about a mile round trip. This was the furthest I've walked since I got my car, and I was completely exhausted after walking slowly for about a mile. Now THAT'S unfit :D

You don't stand a chance in hell of getting 4%, it tends to be the area of top athletes.

Same here.

Was about 8½ stone up to age 18.

8½ years and countless hours behind a desk later: 13 stone.

Fs :/

Saying that, if I was to go to 8½ stone now, I'd look emaciated.

And I stopped growing at age 16. Figure that one out...

:)

As a youngster yes...high teens and the body starts adding fat and takes more work. What method did you use to decide body fat...pinch test?

I'm sorry but its a fact regarding 4% and lower, its not something you can achieve in half a year.
