urgh just been packing up, taking down all my paintings and random stuff that I stick to the walls from friends and days out and stuff god 6 year old blue tack is no ones friend tbh. Anyway just called the letting agent and I can sign the contract and start moving my stuff in tomorrow, it's a very odd feeling knowing it is really happening.
I've said it before but I'll say it again, thank you all for your help with seeing me through this tbh if it wasn't for you guys I would not have been able to cope with this half as well as I have. Your support over the last couple of weeks (well...years really but even now especially) has meant so much to me and you really cannot guess how much you all have helped me and given me motivation to keep going through all this.
Thank you guys, you are a top bunch

Well I sign on the contract for the new place today, have been doing more packing all morning and last night we did the 'who gets what' thing which was pretty bloody sad. My engagement ring is now off the finger which tbh just feels weird, my thumb keeps going to my ring finger of its own accord and seems puzzled by nothing being there.
Everything still has a sense of wrongness about it at the moment but I am sure that will go when I am in EZ-HQ am still just really confused about how all this happened, as Wash said 'I am a leaf on the wind..' I hope I do soar rather than get gutted by a passing Reaver ship (that kind of happened already heh).
Anyway much to do so can't sit about philosophising, smell you later kids!

aw shucks guys I am actually blushing irl at this very moment, you are very kind to say such things thank you.
The move is going well, am just waiting for B2 to get back so we can begin shifting yet more stuff (how can one person have so much??). I was in HQ earlier and it is looking yummy, I have almost everything I need either there now or being delivered, just need a tv stand and towel rack and then am sorted.
It is a very (I know I already said this but even more so now) strange feeling now, I mean this was two weeks ago to the day that we broke up and now tomorrow I shan't even be here any more and am even starting to think of new place as home and here as 'the old place' already.
I already have visits planned for tomorrow, my friend and old boss from my first library is coming in the afternoon and my other friend is coming in the evening (with pizza) to watch Dr Who with me which will be great, I have never had a 'girly' evening in before so this is a new experience for me (though she is 6 foot and plays football and does fencing and stuff so not too girly lol). Also this morning when I was doing stuff at Ez-HQ I nipped over the road to a little cafe almost directly opposite and thought I'd check it out...ended up having a full english and omg no word of a lie it was the nicest cooked breakfast I have ever had in my life, so have a feeling I shall be a regular there.
Oh lol 'Fox News!!' I glued the teeth into the jaw bones today (rofl was like CSI I was there under high powered lamp (no not him!) with latex gloves on trying to match the teeth to the sockets, got it all done and reattached the lower mandables to the sides of the skull with very annoying glue (but did get slightly high...didn't do the alas poor yorik speech because when I held the skull up a dead maggot fell out so that ended my shennanigens) anyway it looks really really good and all dead bugs have now hopefully been evicted from the premesis.
OK that's quite enough from me, it's friday night and I'm sure you all have lives to be getting on with. Probably next time I speak to you after this evening I will be moved and have pics of the final effort for you.

Moved in yesterday am all unpacked (except clothing because no wardrobe, that'll arrive tuesday) and it looks splendid. My pal came round yesterday and we watched legally blonde and had pizza and I slept OK though woke up a few times wondering where I was lol, went for a run this morning and had a shower when I got home which was awesome...don't misunderstand its not a powerful shower it's just in slugville we only had a bath.
Fridge freezer, w/machine and tumbler all arrived yesterday too so just gotta wait 2 weeks for tv, phone and inet and it'll be perfect...though when plugged my hair drier in this morning I set off the fire alarms

Hold your horses (am in cyber cafe atm) sheesh lol I will need to go round with my camera and make the tour video then upload it and tbh I don't want to do that on a cafe or work PC so will just wait till I get my mobile broadband thingy at home then I'll do it
Anyway, day 3 in new place it is lovely but I got really sad yesterday felt like I was just waiting for B2 to come home and realised he wasn't gonna so I watched Bridget Jones and ate some thorntons and that helped a bit. Am currently running my first load of laundry in the New W/Machine and feeling very safe and settled, just a bit frigging confused and lonely still.
Pics should be inc this week then you can see HQ for yourselves

Have held back and read all of your excellent news!! Great to see everything is progressing nicely at EZ-HQ and surely the cafe across the road (what must now be named ChEZ-TEQ for early morning food from now on!) is a result!
May I ask, how in the bloody hell did your hairdryer set off the fire alarms? How big is that bad boy and how much heat does it give out? Did it melt the wall?!

*cough* a small piece of plastic fell into it while I was packing lol I removed it with tweezers and it all works now (yay!). Went to the cafe with my neighbors yesterday morning for breakfast and had a nice time, also had a friend phone and another one visit in the afternoon too!
It seems we are all moving on, B2 has got a new girlfriend (I saw them out the other day while I was bringing my hoover home was like being shot!!), it's a girl from his work and I knew he had a crush on her when we were together but he insists they didn't start seeing each other until sunday...the day after I moved out (which was very noble of him lol). I did say to him it was a bit distasteful and he could have at least waited a couple of weeks and pretended to be getting over me but ho hum, at least its put paid to any longing for hugs and kisses I had from him because he came round to get some papers last night and gave me a small hug and I felt a bit sick, so there is certainly no chance of a reconciliation now (and also hopefully will stop me being so grief stricken and now I can move on too)...I just hope I can still be friends with him but if it's too painful I shan't do it.
Anyway enough of that...am currently attempting to DL my video tour so will post a link shortly I hope!!

No one has a relationship just waiting to fall into when another ends without something having gone on beforehand.
If you are with someone for years surely the main thing you can be with them is honest, the fact he tried to split the relationship up, by using your fear of children does not really show him in a good light.
My advice would be to distance yourself, because the second you being on the scene starts causing him problems with his new plaything, you will be kicked to the kerb. Because one thing is blatanly clear in all of this, he only cares about himself.
