Ok, it's been a while, but I'm starting a new job soon and will probably buy a new pc for working from home as my portable workstation is a cantankerous beast at the best of times and also overheats every time i try to play a game these days...
What is a good spec these days, if i go ahead i will be getting an interest free loan from work and will be looking at about 900 or 1000 max I think. The only thing i really want is to get a decent 24 inch screen which is pretty much essential for work these days. It's been so long i couldn't even tell you what the latest gfx card is
