I think it would be ok to sell the accountname and password (just a piece of paper), but ofc all the items/money/chars are linked to that.....I hate this shit where ir's legal to do smth when you say it that way but it's illegal to do the same thing when saying it differently. =)

It is hell to open a jedi slot. If unlucky, you would have to master every profession in the game to do it (ie last one opens it). My brother is currently trying to get a Jedi using my old character I got tired of playing. Its takes a helluva long time. $5000 dollars for like 3 months 'work' is still cheap.
