What is the battery life like on the NC10? I'm travelling soon and want a Netbook too - cheap!

No idea, but my friend just bought a Samsung Netbook (cant remember model number) and it's supposed to have a 9 hour battery life lol!

For some reason I can't get on with the nipply thing on my work's Dell. Maybe it's because it is blue or they've added double click functionality to it. IBM's were far far superior and red to boot!

The only touchpads I can bare to use are the Lenovo jobbies. The rest just get on my nerves. Nipple mice don't vary too much, and a nice bluetooth mouse will do wonders :D

Thinkpads still had the best nipple mice.

I will admit that Sony is a bit expensive, but then it's not a netbook, it's a lifebook. So ner.

It also has 2 OS's, Vista and the XMB from the Pus3. If you can't be bothered for Veesta to launch (and let's face it who can?) you can just boot into XMB and get to all the important stuff (net, music, porn) without pissing around.

Of the normal netbooks though I'd go for the NC-10, and it's the only one with a keyboard that doesn't make me want to drown puppies. The battery life and performance are superb as well for what you pay.

I like the samsung NC10 myself, great keyboard for the size, and good match of performance and battery life going by the reviews. Looks alright too, better looking than the Acers and Asus, in my opinion at least. If I could afford one, the samsung would be top of my list at the moment.
