They will phone you in 2 weeks time and leave a message on yoru answer machine basically saying "You have had crappy service for 2 weeks, we are aware of it, we pushed a button and only just found out what it did. We apologise." Just sit and wait.

bbb rocks, i got 2 letters saying "sorry for the trouble with your connection, here - have 2 tickets to leet movies".
