You have ofcourse answered alot of things we all wondered, but things like this:


"Q: Is the lifetap considered a DD spell?

Q: I keep noticing that my shaman will have a high “I remain standing” score and not get on the List for it Is that due to her not haveing massive RPs compared to the others?

Q: What is the point of in-game, character marriage (or hats, or pretty dresses, or whatever)?

Q: Does a miss wear down your weapon/shield less than a hit, or at all?

I mean WHO GIVES A SHIT?


How about answering these questions? :

Q: Archers have been severely broken for a long while, any plans on fixing this?

Q: Blademasters and Mercs have been sub-par for light-tanks since release, any hope for some love before the sun swallows the earth?

Q: Midgard REALLY got the sharp end of the stick when it came to Unique-ra's, why is that and what do you plan to do about it?

Q: Casters, interruption... WTF!?

Q: Chanters, Mana line, what were you smoking?

Q: Mid has insta mezz, Hib got it to balance the lack of instamezz between the realms. Did you forget that there is a place called Albion in daoc?

Q: Warriors, something special, will it ever come? (high basedmg isnt SPECIAL)

Q: What is the purpose of doublespeccing in albion? (polearm&slash etc)

Q: Healers aug line, some love, please?

Q: Casters and realm rank 5, anything please thats not useless

Q: Melee styles, will they EVER be looked over and made half-reasonable? lvl 50 styles for example, why are 80% of them CRAP and/or never used while 10% are uber?(Dragonfang, Annihilation, Leviathan) and 95% of the styles NEVER EVER used in RvR or at all. (a 5-hit chain is too much, no matter how you look at it.)

Q: Why do Albion, the realm with platemail get abilities that more or less negate melee combat? Yes minstrels needed help, but giving them the ablative chant was a bad idea with AF-chant, specline af buff AND BoF availible in the realm.

Q: Why do BoF cost 10 rsps compared to 14 for the other good unique RA's?

Q: 16.5dps bug. How is it possible, that with 66axe and 66leftaxe I hit a character two times with the same style in a row and get a variance of 100 dmg?
(No he did NOT use ANY abilities or anything like that, this happens alot too, although the 100dmg is the most i've personally seen. Fix it please, fullspec=low/no dmg-variance isnt it?

Q: Tanks and Unique ra's, nuff said. Zerkers in particular got really shafted here. A UNIQUE ra that does LESS dmg when using the CLASS DEFINING ability, yeah nice one...

Its things like that that people wonder about, essential questions to daoc. Now I know you have answered the first question to a degree, but how come archers have been allowed to be broken for so long?
These questions are fundamental to the survival of daoc, people dont like to be left in the dark for a year, hoping and praying that you some day will maybe fix their class a bit.

And last but not least, 1.62 introduces some long needed fixes to end-regen and LA, and I know the patch is not live yet, but really, lowering the reactionary style Comeback to sub-doublefrost-standards?
If ANYTHING you should raise the dmg on ALL the reactionaries in the game.

Just my opinion but if you are going to send an letter/email to anyone and want to be taken seriously you really should edit out the swearing as there isnt any need for it and just shows your ignorance if you can't make a point without it.

If i was Sanya I would just bin it.

Where did u read that? How often is it u eavde in rvr anyway, sure as hell not enough 4 it needing a nerf ? Zerk solo power in pve is fucked without comeback dmg for those who aint got a buffbot with end regen

Sanya gets hundreds of pointless screeches like this every day. As far as her job (which is to sample the opinions of the player base and pass on her interpretation of what they want in the game to the developers) goes they are about as useless as the spam for viagra and hardcore porn sites that I'm sure she also receives by the hundreds. But if it makes Arnor happy to have sent it, then it has accomplished its only realistic goal, so by all means fire away!

some dude with some style growth-rates. (where ppl got the 35% dmg-reduction on average from)

Anyways, Comeback was at 2.84, reduced to 0.86 (dont remember EXACT decimals, but its something like that)

I have figured out that you work for Mythic Entertainment and your name does sound like you are a woman. Apologies if you are not but the name is mostly used by the female population of this round thing we live on. I like to call it Water, you know, because most of it is. I agree with most points there arnor except caster interruption, casters SHOULD BE INTERUPTED - but I do agree that it's bugged, imo a spell should only be interrupted when a the caster takes damage while casting the spell, not interrupted 5 seconds after he takes damage...


This game is all about casters, tanks are just the meat shields to protect casters / kill enemy casters quickly, since it is casters that do the most damage/sec in a fight and at range too..

Well, I didnt mean that casters should have perma-MoC, its just that the interruption-code is seriously fubar. "you must wait 3secs to cast a spell" etc, everyone that has EVER played a caster in RvR knows what im talking about
