lol it blatently wasnt a necro, as someone else said, a necro couldnt lifetap without a pet. and if you could see them wearing cloth, they definatly didnt have a pet. how the hell do you know it was lifetap? could have been a caba spell for all you know. 1 hit killing a caster with a stealther aint anything to be proud of lol (unless the caster is a necro ).

I would guess that 90% of bg players have a lvl 50 main
BG is fun, full rvr is zerg orientated slaughter fest (which is also fun, but a different style of rvr).
When you get sick of full rvr, BG is a fun alternative

Well tbh i think necros are really good in RvR. If you spec death sight which i hope you did since i consider any other spec as "gimped", you got some really nasty life drains and mana drains.
First of all you should notice that the life drain under the deathsight mastery list is "insta" which really means that you got 3 sec casting time but its insta for your pet and can be cast while its fighting.
Then necros got no real...eherm....Line of sight....which is pretty close to bug abusing but really good when your target tries to run.
Today i killed 3 NS in a row since the all seemed to unstealth just as i killed the last one...dunno if they used PA though but aslong as you stand close to your pet and spam that "insta" life drain you are more or less invulnerable in 1 VS 1 fights.

I dunno about L50 but necro's in BG are pritty pathetic (not saying the necro players are) They only get kills when they camp there pet inside a wall/bridge/gate or if they out number you by 3.
Necro's are gud with the mana swap..... and also dangerous in numbers but what other caster class isnt ? I kill necro's in 3 hits, 2 on pet, then one throwing knife, done. I've got somthin like 8-10 kills with my knifes now

funny when i went into the thid bg on the friday after si release (wed) every ns and sb died to me because they're retarded or something and didn't read about necros and kept appearing in melee at my shade (trying to perf me as a shade... dumbasses) - so they all died pretty quick, snare, powertap chain etc - most died in 4 taps (as they all ran like wimps after failing to pa me). Then later when i got to level 24, they were more used to necros and tried perfing the pet - many occasions i killed groups of 2/3 luri NSes who each perfed the pet , and each died - and always killed lone sbs, never died to any lone stealther except one hunter because their damn pet means u cant cast (except 2 casts)

Well i wish i could use throwing nives with my BD then
