I highlighted some parts.
Since you can see the report right here, I'm just posting the main part of the responses (they are in quotes):
Concerns:
#1 – Endurance Song –
"We have no plans to make bard endurance song a chant. We haven't really seen a need to consider making the song uninterruptable, but are willing to hear and review a case for that change."
#2 - Lack of Practical Defense –
"We feel Bards are doing okay in PvE right now and intend no specific changes. In RvR Bard survivability is an issue, however it is not an easy one to solve. Bards have endurance song and insta-mez to help them in defense. We won't be giving bards any addition crowd control in the form of snares or roots.
We can continue to look into something like an absorb buff or advanced evade, but because of the class' potentional for battle deciding impact in RvR, we need to proceed very slowly with anything that might create an imbalanced situation between realms."
#3 – Empathy As a Rising Stat –
"This has been an existing issue for a while. We can look into adding ways to compensate for this provided we can prove that it's needed for the class as it stands today.
I'll try to see if we can make sure that wording issue is addressed to avoid confusion."
#4 – Resists –
"We're doing a resist review which will touch on this. But we have no plans of adding resist stackability. We're not opposed to the idea of doubling up resists to give playing them more value (2 resists per song) but all this will have to wait until the resist changes are put in."
Spec line Issues:
Nurture –
"Not planning on adding anything to this line at this time. If a case can be made that bards need additional self-buffs, we'll address that individually."
Regrowth –
"No bard specific plans here although we do have some plans to help healers overall."
Music –
"Bards will not be given any additional forms of crowd control."
Weapons -
"We can look at bard damage overall. I'd like to see some fresh "new" data and logs supporting this. Since bards pretty much have the most utlity of any class in DAOC, we have to keep that in mind when balancing the class' offense."
New Issues:
Ameliorating Melodies –
"We'll look at this in the style review. Off hand, increasing it to 2000 range sounds reasonable. Lowering the cost or timer does not."
Other Issues:
- Please allow instruments to be dyed. "Noted for item team."
- Please allow new models for player crafted instruments. "Noted for item/art teams."
- Charisma should be removed from dropped instruments. "Do you mean Empathy? Why do you want to remove Charisma? It still affects power and concentration pools to some extent."
- Avoid Pain/MoC. "please make a case for it."
- Instruments decay at an alarming rate, even at 99/MP quality. "Passing this on to the item team to look into."
Item Problems:

"I can see how this is problematic. We're going to be looking at SC and imbuing and I will make sure this is brought up. I'll pass on the DF item problem to the item team. I agree they should all have the same stats."
