If I was asked to come up with a solution to reducing damage without nerfing any particular char type it would be based on the number of attackers.
1 on 1 you will do 100% damage
2 on 1 you will do 66% damage
3 of 1 you will do 50% damage
This can be explained away with you wouldn’t have room to swing the weapon.
The result would be diminishing returns for ganging up on someone.
2 people would only be doing 132% of the possible 200% damage they could put out individually
3 people would only be doing 150% of the possible 300% damage they could be doing.
/assist trains would still work, but to a lesser extent.
