I just phoned Orange 150 to find out when the 6310i will be out for general sale (August). I ended up talking to the bird on the end of the line for 20 minutes about student loans, how she dropped out of her HND course and other various topics.
SCORE!
(It's also why Vodafone suck so much. With Orange you get customer service. With Vodafone you get immigrants who can barely speak english asking for your credit card number)

Anyway I was with Orange for a year, great customer service, shit network. When it comes down to it I live in London, supposedly the best area for coverage of all the networks. However Orange gave me (and still give my firends on Orange) big problems with text messaging, and occasinally phone calls. Texts would send then appear 3 days later, or not at all, despite deliver reports saying they had gone through fine.
Vodafone may be money grabbing, but their network works, and their price plans are cheaper (Orange price match is good, but still doesnt make up for the network). Having been with all 4 of the major networks, I can honestly say I wouldnt go back to anyone but Vodafone.

wierd Im totally the other way, tried Mercury as was and Vodaphone and Orange have been by far the best so far.... in fact I dont think Ill change ever.
The only thing about orange is they are a few months behind on the phones they supply... but thats no real big deal...

A little OT but, I was in a meeting with Virgin a while ago, and they were telling me about Virgin Cosmetics etc, and corporate strategy, and the (very fit) manager then tells me about the new business area, Virgin Brides. At that point i dug my fingernails in to my palms to try to prevent myself from laughing. Although I couldn't resist saying "Virgin Brides, hmm, I didn't know there were any".
