I entered alone. Everything seemed strange and fast. People running across my vision in a matter of seconds. Creatures of all sorts mingling with each other, not bothering to turn on one another.
I stood in bafflement and talked to my Stalker trainer, she was a beautiful lady, with enough skill to behead the toughest of creatures that would dare come across her. She asked If I wanted to take the path of the Stalker, at this point I did not hesitate as I knew this was the road to being the Noble Ranger. After some exploring of the surroundings and getting use to my own two legs I finally brought up the courage to wield my weapon. It was a short Training Dirk but still was sharp enough to impale most vulnerable creatures that bring evil within them.
So it started... slaughtering creatures, duelling with monsters that had physical features that no man would ever desire. But, this was the fighting experience I needed, the experience that would take me to my role as the woodland elf and protect its beauty and allow the forest to guide me through the evil.
Soon I felt stronger, older, wiser... knowing what to attack and what to stay clear of. Of course I had my bad patches in duals and ended on the losing side, but I learnt from my mistakes and soon enough I believed that I was wise enough to take on a quest... I talked to my trainer and her bold words told me to talk to the Tracker just outside Mag Mell... He was small and quick, he could easily be gone from your sight in a matter of a blink. He provided me with a letter, a smelly battered letter. I was now in search of the receiver. I scattered around Two towns in search of him / her, the result was not good. I could not find who I was looking for, so soon enough my hopes were torn apart. I began my long run back to Mag Mell, where buildings looked familiar. Just as I was about to turn and start my journey, a wise Celt began spell casting, and soon enough the spells were diverted to me. I felt an enormous power surge, and a shield of some sort surrounded me… I took advantage of this power and assaulted anything that I could get my little dirk on. The experience and knowledge flooded in.
Once I had finished my battling I walked over to the lake, and saw my reflection. I didn’t see the Elf that I once knew, I saw a ranger. My legs carried me to Tir na Nog where I was to find my destiny. I left Tir na Nog as a new Elf, I carried the bow that was crafted for me only.
Creatures began to die before they reached me; I knew at this point I was ready for the life of my ancestors. The way of the bow.
This was the day the life of the Archer Shepherd was to begin his life.

I love Daoc, Im now lvl 6. I named my elf Shepherd, and not regretting anything as of yet.
There are plenty of great people in this world that are randomly casting great powerful spells upon me and I am very grateful for this generousity.
I wear armour that is lvl 10 and use my 2.7dmg Rappier, I own 8 silver and relised how hard it will be to maintain a nice number of arrows on me at all times, but im sure it will get easy.
If you have any advice for a newb or want to make a new friend who will provide nothing but friendship and loyalty then please just give me a yell in game.
