You make the mistake, you deal with it.
and THAT is the fundamental problem.
i have my account details here, someone could steal them from my house, my comp quite easily to be honest, and my comp is pretty damned secure, but it's still possible.
the fact that my account potentially could be completely lost because it has been logged into from different IPs over its life time is complete and utter nonsense.
the fact that GOA's CoC do not allow account sharing should NOT in anyway be associated with other issues.
it's like saying, your car was stolen, but because your mother was looking after your car-keys while she was shopping, got mugged and the keys were stolen off her, so you cannot claim your insurance.
you would STILL get your car back - even if your mother was in possession of the keys at the time. making out that it's WRONG to give your car keys to your mother, and you will never see your account again because you did, is complete nonsense.
im sorry, but GOA, your policy on this is a complete joke. I agree entirely with the account sharing issue, however i DO NOT agree, at all, with the fact you are letting this somewhat minor breach of your CoC means people cannot have their account recovered in the event of AN ILLEGAL ACTIVTY (hacking) meaning your account was trashed.
