Hello,

First, try the /stuck command. This should sit your character and log you out.
If you are still stuck after reconnecting please report to us the following information :
-Login of the player account
-Name of the stuck character
-Realm of the stuck character
-Server of the stuck character

Regards,

lmao, is this real?
Heh. I wonder if Goa /is/ actually running a bot that looks for keywords, or someone just had to deal with 1000 RightNows about characters being stuck in some place

Nice to see they are listening and dealing with their customers on a personal level.

Seems like Rightnow bought a second account and leveled a bot

Me & another scout had a difference in Critshot cap, who had same total bowspec & same +dmg . Asked GoA what the reason was.

Hello,

It depends on several things : realm abilities, bonus, difference of race...

Yours sincerely,

Reading stuff like that hurts my brain, next time post a warning when your going to put crazy shit like this on the forums. Its only fair to those of us who lack the mental safeguards to shield us from this kind of stuff ;)

+ damage doesn't do anything to your critcap .. just makes you do more damage so it might be easier to reach your cap.

So maybe you wanna know your stuff before you start making fun of people who wanna help?

My guess is that the poster used the 'technical' section of Rightnow to report it. These go to our technical support people who filter the reports according to type. They deal with out-of-game stuff (crash to desktop, lag, difficulties connecting etc) themselves and filter the others. They are supposed to get basic info for the in-game stuff that goes to them (you wouldn't believe how many people ask us to solve something without telling us which character on which server has the problem) and then forward them on to us (the GM team).
The tech people aren't gamers and don't speak English as a first language. I guess whoever dealt with it did one of three things.

Hit the wrong autoresponse by mistake - easy to do when you have a lot of reports to get through.

Scanned the question and stopped at the first word that made sense to a non-gamer - 'stuck'.

Misunderstood the problem.

They deal with a lot of reports every day and occasionally they make a mistake. Humans do that. Overall they do a very good job and incidents like this are fairly rare.

Interesting that Brunore is laughing it Requiels reponse.

Given that what we see on these forums in a minute fraction of the volume of questions the rightnow team deals with badly, it would be very stupid (incredibly stupid) to assume that they respond to every request in a manner that can be considered unhelpful or laughable.

To date I have yet to receive an unhelpful response from the rightnow team. All my questions to them have received a response that has either fixed what I needed fixing or answered the query to my satisfaction. I would suspect that this is rather more true for the majority, than the delusion some here cling to that the Rightnow service sucks.

Everyone cries out alot louder when something is bad(myself included) compared to when something is good, fun or positive.

Everyone would benefit if we all tried it the other way around more often.

That's understandable, but you have to admit that it's fairly amusing in some occasions, right?
