To make matters clearer (the mythic way) they didn't mention anything about either one-shot OR amnesia being a feature or a bug. They have fixed both bugs, and thus both should be treated as bugs. I am not denying they are bugs I am however trying to make it clear to you that before you judge people you should have a long hard look at yourself. Start to think about bigger picture before you spout your narrowminded and above all biased point.

Now how about you try harder to not bring your personal feelings about NP into the post.

Yes they did explain it wasn't a bug that it was working as intended.
Then they decided to removed it and the quickest way was to now label it as a bug so they could just rip it out.

Compared to Amnesia they never actually said it was an exploit, and didn't say it wasn't. But it was never working as intended.

I don't abuse bugs to get any advantange I can. I don't need to. The 1-shot was never a bug until Mythic removed it (with a stealth nerf) then justified that it was gone by saying they decided it was a bug.


I have every right to judge your guildmate to be a lame exploiter because that's what Mskin was doing. I know full well I don't cheat, I don't exploit and I will never need to. Sadly you just can't be big enough to admit that your guild do it and live with it.


What bigger picture exactly are you talking about?

Mskin was exploiting, he/she got caught. live with it no amount of bullshit you can spout can dispute that fact.

Narrow minded? no. Biased? maybe - I despise cheats and lamers and people that feel the need to exploit anything they can to gain an advantage. Does that count as biased?

I could give a shit if it was NP doing it or some other guild. My reaction is exactly the same either way. The fact that your trying to insinuate that I am biased simply because it features an NP member is total crap because it doesn't have anything to do with it.

Before making pathetic attempts at picking holes in things I say first sort your own arguements out so at least you can come up with something that is decent.

[edit] The only cause I have is making damn sure everyone knows who the exploiters are, who cheats. Who isn't worth the time of day so people know who not to waste their time on. I actually have respect for a fair few of NP who obviously know what they are doing out there. Of course after recent events there are some I have zero respect for anymore.

After I got owned in emain by NP by being constantly spammed with lullaby I logged and told about it in #daoc.prydwen and the response from NP was just 'cry more' so I guess their view on abuse is daily food then, meanwhile, they can whine about zergs on and on and on in the same channel without anyone complaining

Oh and to follow what klav said, NP always whine when killed that 'we didnt have any RAs up' 'we had a gimp group', then please do us the honor not to show yourself in the frontiers instead.

Broken record. We'll just have to agree to disagree. You're still ignoring the fact most people saw the 1-shot stealth 'feature' as a bug. Which in essence is the same thing that is happening here.

You say your 'love' for NP hasn't got anything to do with your judgemental posts when at the end of every post it's obvious you attempt to make us look bad.

This was a fg vs fg battle... 8 times he casted something inbetween Arakin's hits (give that boy more quickness if he really swings THAT Slow).. He casts something 12 times between Killerbee getting nuked by one of your caster types (please give that caster/pet more dex if they really nuke that slowly)
I got two pages of mskin casts a spell spam (Thats why i noticed it because my chat bar scrolled like nuts with the same guy casting)

Or if he can really cast normal spells that quickly... GIVF BARD DEX TO SORCS!

Yes LoS sucks, yes spam lul sucks.. Yes they both get fixed so this problem will be moot in a month or so. But please dont tell me necros have skill because they can nuke you from hidden locations you cannot get to, and likewise dont tell me this bard has skill because he can purposely bypass his amnesia timer and take a caster out of the battle (he is a bard he can mezz to take someone out of the battle, no need to use this at all, unless he sucks at cc ofc

Yes its a stupid bug, but what makes it really lame is he is from a guild that i always thought to be damn good at what they do, but if np went around in 1fg of necros owning everyone from inside walls or whatever it is necros do, would we think their guild was uber?

We have more pictures of this same guy doing same thing, my picture was taken after this post was made. Solar's was taken a few days ago, and we have others with pics of this guy too. And ofc the most lamest thing was the deny comment.. Yeah we all have nothing better todo with our time than to doctor pictures in photoshop of mskin spamming lul. At least be a man (if you are over 18 even, under 18 ok then you are excused for being a little kid and not knowing better) and either a) admit b) dont reply at all.

All in all its better just to keep your mouth shut and appear to be a lamer than to open your mouth and remove all doubt...
