On the first screen you spam some spell ( cant tell time between cast or what type of spell )
On the second screen you were nuked, then you or some other bard spammed amnesia on the one nukeing you.
atleast admit that you use the bug, nothing worse then an abuser who cant stand for his abuseing.

So, you just explained why it isn't an offense really.
LoS "abuse" as in making pets nuke those outside from inside the keep isn't fair play, it's just a bug that will be fixed, not a bug exploit.
So, using a bugged Lull, which will be fixed in future patches, isn't either, I know it sucks when someone uses it to you, but it just is a feature in the game currently.
Just like FA used to be, usable in combat when it shouldn't be. Just like BAoD currently, it's not against the CoC to use it.
They're features which will be corrected in future patches.
So stop the whine and deal with it.

Sounds like someones been lame and got busted 
As already stated it's fixed in a coming patch and until that patch it 's perfectly legal to abuse it as people see fit - as some sad people are more than happy to exploit anything they can to get an advantage. Just because it's legal for now doesn't really justify doing it....but the type of people that will do it aren't going to care if they are known as lame are they.
It's lame as fuck just like necros abusing their lack of LoS atm but it doesn't stop the gay fucker necro's doing it does it?

Oh but if you read it again, carefully this time you will see that they never said it was ok to have pets nuke through walls. They said it was ok to send pets through doors. Thats a different thing. The reason they dont wanna make an official statement on whether or not LoS bug abuse really is abuse is that they would have to ban 50% of all players if they did the right thing(tm).
Cool, here's a deal:
You keep using lame bugs and your guild forever loose your right to _ever_ claim to be good or infact have any kind of skills at all. People with skills obviously do not have to exploit bugs. Does that deal sound fair? It sounds very fair to me.

My first language isn't english, my grades in english havent been as good as they could be, but I'm fairly sure that that means you can make them attack FROM RANGE (aka do ranged attack such as "nuking") through solid objects (such as keep walls).
Ok, next time I see a member of your group lagstrafe (aka exploiting a bug) I'll make sure I post a whinethread here. Yes yes. Sure, whatever.
Afterall, everything is legal in love and war...

I am so sorry about your grades etc. What it sais there is that it is concidered "normal usage of pets" to send them through doors and that that is ok. Nothing else. Mind you pets with ranged attacks do not need to pass doors to attack, unlike melee pets like the spiritmaster ones.
I will spell this out for you again: They dont wanna touch the pet/los issue because they would have to ban half the server if they stated that is really illegal.

But, for you to say that bards who rvr regualr are all just abusing a chain lul bug, I just find that much offensive.
Ive never used it.
Have ran with Mskin many times and never seen him use it.
Tbh, have never seen any bard use it, so honestly really dont know what all the this fuss is about.
If we all did use chain lul, i dont think there'd be any casters albe to land a nuke, and the only heals healers/clerics would be able to cast would be the inst's.
But, i can count the number of regular rvr bards on one hand, and its just much :< if everyone thinks we run around using some chain lul bug.
