I'm not sure, it's not the latest, so any current installation of the codec should work.

Hmm, the XVid version of the movie hung my movie player when I tried to run it so I had to use the low-quality DivX version. :)

Let me first say that I like the movie, as I like most caster movies -- enemy or not, you're my brethren and it's nice to see us pwn. ;) Below are some comments about the movie. Note that these are just my opinions, no need to flame me over them. ;)

- First of all, the first song was crap IMO. ;) After that it was okay, but there should be a little more of a melody. Third song not very good either.

- Also, you seem to go oop a lot. During the first fight, you're basically oop for half of the fight (not that there is much else to do against that besides the power potion you use). In many fights you start out at 30% mana, but perhaps this can be attributed to the zergs in Emain. ;)

- I don't play a PBAE caster in RvR so I don't have any first-hand experience of it, but it seems to me that most PBAE casters are a bit too fond of their PBAE. For instance, in many cases, you run up to a single enemy and stand on top of him to PBAE. To me, that looks unnecessarily risky (especially as you don't seem to have a guard tank assigned to you) when you could have instead nuked him from distance (of course I realize you are not a self-debuffing chanter so the PBAE will do the most damage).

- Having said, nice guard work by Dinfar when he is fighting those two red-cloaked Albs and switch guard to you. :)

- During the fight against Mids at grannies you outnumbered them 2 to 1, the redeeming point of that fight is perhaps the Alb adds you get after that (more equally-matched against the 2 FGs you run with, but they're all low-RR or non-guild groups).

- Btw, yes, I saw Xanthian's debuffing, 554(+172) or something. ;)

- Oh, and I first read Dinfar's lastname as "WhitePower". :p

- In some of the fights you lack spec buffs. You'd have thought a Luri should have the spec dex/qui, I bet you can get 350+ dexterity if you manage to get purple (buffbot) dex. More dr00ds needed! ;)

Dunno if this movie is good or not or if its like the 2 others ive seen, all I can say. some nice editing. But I stil dont see wtf ur doing with ur mana. Prolly one of the worst pb plays ive seen, ineffecient mana drain, strange targets, running around not doing much. But I have never played an eld, mby their supposed to be played like this... I dont know ;)

Will try to DL the 3rd one, hope it contains better material ;)
Else good work editing & keep up the farming, hope to give another opinion on the 3rd movie. :)

a few places where you misuse pb as said, and the music just isnt my favourite :)...besides that, nice team play :)

we had a fight in that same setup against nolby.. we won.. but Cern didnt record that ;p

oh, and fyi cern is a mana eld.. so he's got more things to do thant just pbae etc.

(this is pointed at the guy who said 'learn to pbae' )

I don't know why the server is down now and then, I'll have a chat with the owner as soon as possible. :)

And for the people wondering why we're running 2fg in the movie (except for one or two fights): You should notice that in every fight, with few exceptions, we're fighting a zerg of equal or greater number. And when this is not the case it is just because I like watching FotM mid groups get steam rolled, whether this be by equal numbers or fifty times their numbers. It makes me all warm inside. :)

I didn't make this movie to show how "leet" or "skilled" I am; I've barely RvR'ed more than 3 weeks with this toon, and needless to say I still need more practice. So stick it up where the sun doesn't shine, Xeanor, I'll show you in a few months how to PBAoE with style. :) Neither am I particularly high realm rank, rr4l0 or thereabout in the movie. What I hope to do show in the movie is 1) that my group members are some tough m'fers, 2) some pretty nice zerg vs. zerg fights where there's lots of pretty spells and RP and, in particular to the theme of the movie, PBAoE! And 3) some interesting editing. I sort of think that your average DAoC movie with a few poorly cut movie clips are slapped together with some music that, in my opinion, doesn't fit the movie. You might not like the music, but notice how I edit the movie to fit with certain passages of the music and so on. It's quite fun to make, so I hope it's quite fun to watch and hear. :)

i did make the point, that being the only fucking elf wearing light blue shit dye would be bad

2nd time around nolby MA'ed him.
