Yes, they drop scrolls, although it depends on what type of setians we're going to kill.. in general Nailah's 1/3 and 2/3 drop regularly when farming setians, and 3/3 is very rare.

It was 6 nailah 3/3s in 3 hours farming that spot, not half as rare as people think
