TG raid Monday 27th, meet at Hagall 5:00pm GTM / 6:00pm CET 4 all realm.

LOOT RULES:

1. Only 48+ can lotto.
2. You can random 4 lvl 48+ alts. (Inform to Raid start)
3. You need to use 3 of 4 stats.
4. Only can win 1 item each raid.
5. The second round with the same rules.
6. If you come and no get loot, you will win +10 to next raid random*.
   ( Ex. /Random 100 = 69 +10 = 79 )
   RB reset after you win an item.
   *Max +100 RB (Random Bonus).
7. If you attend a raid YOU ACCEPT ALL RULES!!!

   All nomination in first 5 min of the raid, later, you CAN’T NOMINATE OR CHANGE YOUR NOMINATION.
   
   If you can’t stay all thru the raid, you win the +10, but friend can’t roll for you. PM me for me to note you.

Akyma, just to remove confusion could you type for when you mean that word instead of 4?
The line you can random 4 lvl 48+ alts is slightly confusing, allthough most mids probably understand how it works by now. However it might be smart to avoid any further confusion by typing out the word .

Hey,
during the tg raid(2003-10-27) i fell through a wall. and ended up at my /bind point. and i tried to pm you about it but i didnt get any reply.

ima little upset cos i wasted about 5hrs on nothing.
so i would like to atleast be awarded the rb, so that i get a chance to maybe win at the next raid(due to i didnt get any chance to /random). so that i atleast didnt waste all those hrs on nothing.

Ok this time we did good time, no so much slacking.

This time it was the contenders, that had alzheimers and a total lack of respect and kept running ahead and pulling.
However we did well.

and killed last mob the king at 2300.

64 drops in total

The usuall "i am voting for yadd ayadda" bullshit, and ppl joining the chatgrp at the end of the raid?!?
Even ppl asking MID raid where we will be lottoing.

well the raid works like a charm atm.

Now it is time to sharpen the rules imo, and make shure they without risk for mass wipe etc.

1. people running ahead of raid leader pulling mobs get -10 at each offence.

2. prolonged AFKing without any action = -10 failure to respond to more then 2 resses = -10.

3. summoning of pets on raids = -10.

Well thats all, now the raids work very well indeed.
However we need discipline, some people was 100M ahead of the raid leader pulling mobs vefore items were handed in etc.

EDIT:

Heard of the unfortunate king/queen pop in lotto.
To bad, now we know one thing for shure they pop´s are scripted not timed on death.

Thank you Akyma for doing the most ungrateful job in midgard, leading a TG raid, u do VERY well, and has been very fair as far as i can tell.

Respect to any who organise a raid but.....

The raid was too slow. Why did we all w8 for shammy ld? 80 people standing around cos ld in raid leaders group. LDs can catch up in cleared dungeon np. Far too many waits, with 80 people u can own mobs all way to Argmundur quickly. Say what direction you are going so that people can go that way, make big Troll leader so people can see them, make someone other than raid leader take loot...all will save time.

On lotto dump +10 rule asap, it takes too much time. Also only allow seer/support to nominate alts. 70% lotto time wasted on those two things. Its not fair to make people wait so long even if result may be fairer.

Finally dont change rules to suit yourself....Last week we had a 47 healer who got no vote but was needed in group, but, it seems, if they in your group they would have got vote. That sucks. Personally Id lower bar to healers to let 45 vote but if your rule is otherwise dont break it just because its your group suffering this time.

I hope you keep doing raids but I think you need to make some changes and remember they should be fun too.

cus a healer who played on warr armor also played on healer/shammy armor and won - many didt this played on items that they wasent supurse to (look rules) but in the end of the raide all roled on all items even they cuten use i made role on 2 items a healer armor and a skald sheild in the end i know i didten nominate a skald but a healer but since all roled on items they didten have naminated i belived it was 2 round and all items neded to go ! i made 100 of 100 and some moron tells i alerady got an item and there fore i didten get the item and she gave to 2 highest winner ! nice :/

you need to fix thise rules and make sure who roles on what and why !

raide it self was cool all when wery well exept some who had to run in front all the time but all oter thing's was cool BUT the lotto SUCKED !! tog over 2 hours and was one big mess if you ask me i know its diff to make lotto but seen alot oters make it alot faster and alot eayser

Not the only guy to ''roll for a friend'' just remembered this cuz he got only 2 items i wanted.

1º She no is the unique no 48+ healer in raid, all send me at raid started asking 4 it. IF NO R HEALERS 48+, ppl gets alts 4 help.
2º A lot of ppl send 4 friends, Allways won 2 items too, but one 4 friend, he send me too.
3º My 3th raid.... AND I NO WON ITEMS!!!!
I make a free raid 4 us, i lost a day 4 us. I dont need make this raids, i at TG with focul pull ALL DAYS, u can check it, who Takhyisis all days m8.

u choise to put effort in the raids . don't make that a statement when it comes to lotto. i haven't seen any1 agree on lvl 48- chars . like it would matter when were were 10FG+ ?? and why make exceptions on ppl rolling for friends ? it says it's not allowed in rule's ... why does that change when ppl /send you ?

i followed rules myself and lotto'd on 2 items only sb vest and sb leggings and got screwed over by ppl not following/changing rules.

Aye a very good raid, but again the Lottery seems to be the big issue once again.
I have posted a suggestion <-<-HERE->-> on BW for a new lottery system. Plz read and comment on it if you think there is something wrong with the system.

Thanks to Akyma for sticking your head out and arranging raids. It can be a very ungrateful task sometimes and I salute the effort.

8 hour raid on a weekday is very exchausting, and here are some thoughts of mine.

1.The Raid
The raid went fairly smooth this time. People still go infront pulling stuff while Akyma is waiting for drops. When people run infront agroing mobs don't they at all have a sense of "Where is the leader, why am I in front?"
and why does it take people up to 5 min to pass a drop? Every group needs to have 1 person handling the loot either by /autosplit s or /autosplit o.
Think people need to be penalized for repeat failurs here, its a big timesink.

The assisting was abit slow, don't know if I was lagging or MA was but spamming button for 10sec without gettin target in the middle of a bunch of mobs isnt good, had to use next target alot.

2.The Lotto
I didn't watch the clock when King died, but if its right what previous poster said that it was 23cet the lotto itself was like 3 hours. Thats alot
The +10 system, and the nominations takes alot of time, but since these rules are there I'm glad Akyma takes the time to check these things before handing out the loot. Theres so many cheats on this server you just have to.
I didn't however like all the rolling for people who aren't present at the lotto. It feels very unfair that people tucked in bed or whatever should have the same chance at the items as the ones sacrifising their time to be there to the end. If you can't do the time you dont deserve it, period. They can get a +10 for next raid though.
The little incident with a 45-healer getting a drop should've been announced at the start of the raid, I'm sure it wouldn't have been a problem then.

All in all I'm glad Akyma are doing these raids and hope you continue.
