arguyle - Yes ppl missing steps therefore you should get also mlxp inside the group with friar.

Rub - yes you can enter ML7 as soon as you are ML3

Depends on lots matey Ppl arriving on time, we get all steps minus .4 at 1rst attempt etc. would say 1,5/2 hour from the time we leave haven
