So how does it work ? If i respec and say i was ml10.. do i need to get ml exp for all the 10 ml's again ?

Nope you just retrain your ML path. Just like respecs for career and realm works today.

when you use your SoD you will instantly become the other ML line. and at the same ML level as you were prior to the respec (remember you got to be lvl 50 to do it. i was lvl 49 when i tried it on my bard, took me 1 hour to find out i had to be lvl 50 for it to work )
