I on behalf of the greys in df trying to level up wish to present a message and award medals to all you midguard lucky enough to be low realm rank enough to gank greys for that 1 realm point that makes oh so much differece

All realms do it, and it isn't going to change...

No matter how good your intentions when you're charging through DF to purge the enemy all the way back up to their Merchants, sometimes it's impossible to avoid hitting the few greys brave enough not to have logged as soon as their realm lost access... simply because people don't bother to check con before they attack!

And we found last night that it can be a lot of fun if you're near the enemy merchants when they get control back.... we decided to go have a look and see if we could get a few Hibs as they logged in or entered, but when we got there we found it was already quite crowded. We got stuck in anyway, along with some other Albs who turned up, and managed to take down quite a lot of Hibs before they finally managed to drop the last of us. A hugely chaotic and extremely fun battle! ;)

So...Albs and Hibs never do that do they ?
And yes I know it's lame to do it and I'll never do such a stupid thing.

But on the other hand, some Mids gave you an exp death..aka, it will take longer before you can go to Emain and zerg :p

We were in DF (Guild Group) last night and oh and did we gank some greys !!

You are the nme FFS, get used to it!!

Oh, and I would expect nothing less if the situation is reversed as it very often is.

I accept it as the risk of being in DF around the time of it taking hands, and to be honest, I would not have it any other way, XP-death or otherwise.

Instead of whining at the nme (who are doing their job) whine at your realm mates for not keeping DF.

I have a lvl 50 bonedancer on Midguard Prydwen and i often go to alb DF i know it very well. If you are yellow to me there i kill you if you are grey i dont. Some grey attack me when they see me i do nothing if they dont stop they die, if they run away they are leaving df anyway and they die. I even pull mbs for them with debuff and help them level, so dont say everyone does it beacuse they don't

Just beacuse they are the other realm doesnt mean they are robots who dont care

Whether we (the nme) kill grey cons / cause xp-death or both or not is up to US not YOU, get used to it.

Sometimes we are quite happy to /hug /kiss /wave at the grey con nme, other times we are equally happy to kill the evil scum.

When DF changes hands, expect ALL nme to be wiped regardless of con. If you dont like that, then log for an hour and play an alt.

get over yourself man, DF = RvR zone,

you get more xp and better drops because its an RvR zone and thus stand a high chance of getting killed by other players.
oh and BTW I regulary get 30+rp for a gray and even 70+rp if you are lucky, that makes killing grays better rp/kill then amg/main-zerg :)

Grey killing has been here isnce the release of daoc and it will here allways, make sure you are the killer not the killable and it might be fun.

And on other hand... our undead camp group ~28 killed a lev 50 Myrmidon theurgist that stepped by.

like the frontiers u xp there you accept the risk i had 50+ from a grey before, these days with bg3 some greys (lvl 35) are rr2

If its any concilation we anhilated dozens of them everytime it changes hands so we really cannot complain about another realm.

well check ur own real also, cuz u can hand plenty or so called awards to your friends aswell... midgard isn't the only realm who does suchs things, there were 3 alb stealthers this afternoon in df killing grey's... then i was ressing em end u killed me aswell.. bah lame

At one point yesterday there was 4 infils who x-bowed a yellow hunter to death at stairs. Oh the irony.
