No, I can't smoke at work, I have to go outside and stand on the street and smoke and get hassled by mad patients and harangued by madder old cnuts who think a) I must be a doctor cos I'm wearing a lab-coat and therefore b) I shouldn't be smoking and c) they they have a right to tell me, a complete stranger, what to do with my life.

But, like, I roll my fags inside, minimise my exposure to insane cnut0rs, they're far more dangerous than smoking cos one of these days one of them is gonna pull a knife on my when I tell them to fuck off and mind their own business.
