I only went into town today to get some more bedding for my snails...ended up £50 down and with one of these wee fellas

His name is Vlad (he's too evil looking to be a Kermit tbh) and he's a baby Arentine horned frog, he is a ferocious predator (gave me a demo in the pet store where he guzzled a dead guppy) and is not to be trifled with!

honestly guys he is such an awesome little dude lol he is about the size of a ping pong ball, maybe smaller, and he attacks everything and his mouth opens up so wide he looks like pacman rofl.

I shall not be licking Vlad...or my frog tbh. And none of you best try licking me either; I am highly halloucinagenic and probably a bit toxic lol.

He doesn't just eat guppies (G not P) I have a small bag of dead mice now in my freezer hehe, grim eh? and the guy at the pet store recommended using long tweezers to feed him with becasue he does bite...it doesn't hurt but he is very enthusiastic with it

yeah baby mice, but tbh he's like pacman he is mostly gob lol, the guy at the store got the adult one and it was about 70% mouth 20% arse and 10% for each limb hehe but they're ambush predators so don't need to run about or anything just lay there and let their dinner wander into their mouth...sounds like a good life to me tbh.

Anyway Hypnovlad had a good 1st night and was merrily scowling up at me when I peered in at him this morning.
