Not many people rate him but Carricks passing has been nothing short of sensational.

I said it when they signed him as ive watched him for a couple of years, that if Anderson can adapt to the premiership he will be amazing. Hes had an awesome game. He seems to shine in the big games.

I love it when idiots write off Utd, this is what happens.

Can't wait to read/hear Arse fans excuses later.

Spot on, every game he looks better and better value. Be scary if he keeps developing considering his young age.

Much respect for him. Hes 19, doesnt speak english, is used to warm weather and is very small. Yet hes come over to the rough and tumble premiership and manchester and has more than held his own already. What a star

harsh red card and i'm a Utd fan

Rubbish, it was a high flying tackle and could have caused a nasty injury. He deserved to walk, even the BBC monkeys said it was a blatant red card.

Yeah because the BBC numpties know what they are talking about, Eboue is a dirty player, but today I thought he was unlucky.

Man U better team today Man U played well Arsenal were shite and Fuck Eboue tbh he always dose stupid stuff that costs us games it could be getting sent of or just faking another injury.

Been saying all week we would lose today as well as the 6 players out our coverage was out injured too i just hoped it would be abit more respectable than 4 nil.

Arsenal had a good enough team to challenge United today as both had made alot of changes. In fact each team had 5 or 6 changes from last weekend, so neither had anywhere near the strongest team.

I think the big thing was United played with pace even when they didnt have the ball. Arsenal didnt have time to string passes together thus they fell apart and with Ade on the bench they couldnt even play an effective long ball game.

The red card was more then fair, and to be honest it lucky that the foot sliced along Evra as opposed to a full on contact as it could have caused serious injury. Yes he was looking at the ball, but he went in studs leading and was not in control due to being in the air.

There could have been more sending offs anyways, Eduardo could easily have went for the two footed challenge, but that would have been harsher decision. And the way Gallas and Hoyte treated Nani could easily have got a red for Unsportsmanship behaviour.

Anderson was playing amazing. I had to defend his place in the team at teh start of the season to alot of people, and lets just say they dont mention him anymore. That lad is such a great player, he like a bulldog in that midfield. Never rests and always snapping at someones heels, and once he gets the ball he will run direct at you. Even his passing is improving alot more and his vision is getting better. Cant wait to see him when he becomes our first choice, which he certainly showing he can be already.

Nani had a great game as well, he can be quiet at times but certainly stepped up to the plate today. Some showboating going on which I look forward to seeing again on Soccer AM next weekend, hell they could feel that whole section up with Man United antics.

I be waiting to hear Wenger press speach now, there be the "We had x injuries", "The referee was a bit harsh" etc, be very surprised if he states that they were just outplayed by the better team on the day.

Such an exciting game today, so good to not have the more common dull affair which comes with most of the top team face offs. Looking forward to European matches now :)

Don't know what happened to Arsenal today tbh. Utd came at them and chased the ball down and it just seemed to unsettle them. Lsot control of midfield it just all seemed to fall apart...

Fair play to Utd, great comeback after the poor performances against Tottenham and Man City.

Should make the title race interesting

Arsenal were under-par today no doubt, that said you did start with Fabregas/Toure/Hleb/Eduardo/Gallas/Gilberto/Eboue/Bender/Lehmann so it wasn't exactly an Arsenal second string. United were also missing Giggs/Tevez/Ronaldo/Hargreaves/Neville and Scholes only played 20 minutes so it wasn't United's strongest lineup either.

I just think in the end we wanted it alot more, the players had alot to prove after City handed us our arses last week. I am just glad Fergie got the right reaction from them, now they just need to do the same against Lyon this week to get our season back on track after a terrible couple of weeks.

Oh btw, I was out shopping this afternoon and this is no joke. I bought a couple of Barnsley Lamb Chops for Sunday lunch, it was like God was sending me a sign or something. Seriously. I just wish I had stuck a few quid down on that game.

This is a Barnsley chop btw...

It was not meant as an excuse what i meant was the areas we were hit we did not have very good backup. RB for example where you tore us apart at will same as LB. I personally would rather have seen Eboue as RB and some one like Lansbery given a chance at right wing.

There could have been more sending offs anyways, Eduardo could easily have went for the two footed challenge, but that would have been harsher decision. And the way Gallas and Hoyte treated Nani could easily have got a red for Unsportsmanship behaviour.

Reminds me of watching Man U systamatically bully Reyes everytime we played :)

There are no excuses we played terrible and pretty ashamed of the attitude that we started to show in the second half. End of the day life against spurs we failed to turn up and the better team won.

Ok credit to Wenger in a way.. surprised me by admitting Man United the better side... but this annoyed me

From BBC
Some of the Arsenal players were angry when United midfielder Nani began showboating after his side had gone 4-0 ahead.

But Wenger defended his side, explaining: "We were incensed and most rightly so.

"It is difficult enough to swallow when you are three or four goals down - you do not want to be teased or humiliated."

Yes Nani was showboating.. but what is wrong with having some fun within a game? No matter what going on to batter a player around is outrageous.... Hopefully the league take action against Gallas for the off the ball incident anyway.

The game was won in the midfield. Arsenal never strung a good set of passes together and United hunted them down everytime things looked promising. Anderson and Carrick were effective, I think the 5-man midfield did wonders for United today, they just overcrowded Arsenal. Rooney was brilliant in exploiting the awful centre-backs and Hoyte just couldn't handle Nani, who could be emerging as a replacement for Ronaldo when he goes off to Real Madrid or somewhere in the future.

Great to watch from a Man United's fan perspective, we looked like scoring everytime we got the ball, it certainly didn't feel tense like a match against Arsenal should be. United just need to build on this now after a poor couple of weeks, I think the game against AC Milan will be great for Arsenal to bounce back on. :)

Everyone would get anoyed like this just like if if City had started showboating last week when you were losing you would be furious and if someone went in hard on Petrov you Man U fans would have loved it. This is just one of those things it happens vs your team your not happy.

And as normal the same dick heads here who seem to think wenger is the only manager who defends his team fuck off tbh every manager is a bias mother fucker fact.
