you can maybe learn tactics how to deal with it, im not a fan myself really but as a mid group when hibs and albs have insta port, loads of groups roaming + zergs aswell, got quite a lot of action away from the tower area near the graveyard later on which was nice but was still zerged 4+ times but a couple of times we managed to do quite well

3-ways to me just seems like an excuse to add. but i do very much doubt that it can be avoided much since at least when i've been out there have been many zergfights. can be hard to tell the nature of the fight when running by and you have to make a quick decition.
