Able to trade a NON tradable item? and you wont help me put it back to the right char? (support)

Im not asking any of you to bring down the moon or/and make peace on earth.

Sorry to hear this, and a not positive response to this will end my subscription.

Found out that i traded a not tradable item (Ancient Copper Necklace) from my minstrel (lvl 50) to an alt char (lvl 20). This should not be possible in the first place. Now i cant trade it back to minstrel.
What do i do to undo that trade? or i need help from GOA with this problem?

Prydwen/Albion
X: Minstrel lvl 50
Y: Paladin lvl 20

Imho you asked for it... they answered in the same tone you wrote your reply.

Do you have any idea how much bullshit like yours they have to read every day? Keep it polite if you want a polite answer.

Actually I got a /respec realm once when I asked them to reset the points from 1 realm ability wich I had mixed up with another. First they told me, like you, that they never do reset or modify anything.

Actually the ancient copper necklace turned untradable out from nowhere, no info whatsoever about it turning so in any patch notes. This goes for the hib 4x10% resist necklace, too.

I have 2 of these on my lvl 20 mule char, with my palas epic and such.

= zzz.

Agreed with Soulfly, it wasn't common knowlege that they were making it untradable. Many people have been stung by this 'feature' of 1.63.

As for the support feedback, well they owe me £24 for a billing error when the billing system turned auto-renew back on for a closed account. Of course they won't admit it was their fault and they are keeping the money. In the U.K. we call that FRAUD.

I think GOA is a bunsh of steet hippies that was forced into an office and get awarded with drugs if they can piss of the customers. :rolleyes:

Mythic do their support sooo much better. They even have a working in-game support.

Imo, GOA should have a staff cleanup, fire the hippies and hire someone that has a clue. They are doing buissness aren't they? I know Mythic is, if not there wouldn't be any buffbots. :(

If this is actually true, contact your CC company and they will, after you fill out a form or two, refund you the money. Its your money not GoA's :)

Buffbots - from a business point of view - is perhaps one of the best things that could have happened to them. Think about it - about half the population now has 2 accounts - thats twice the income from the same person. Kerching!! Mythic wont stop this, and have the viewpoint that its ok, so why should GoA be any different ?

A friend of mine who plays this game to had a similir billing error..
he was billed 8x times for two accounts... tbh... GOA/mythic are messing up bigtime...

Im saying that GOA should get their head out of their ass and get some buisseness sense like Mythic. They don't get any more money by just being jack asses!

If I can quit anyone can ;) I have paid for 3 accounts for 7 months and before that I had 2 accounts for almost a year. GOA can't afford to lose customers like me, I was hooked to this game badly but GOA's piss poor support has helped break my addiction.

Most direct method of obtaining crap support is to be sarcastic/rude whatever. No support professional is going to prioritse your request, but they MIGHT just feel like fucking with you in order to break up the monotony of their day.

For a similar experience with service personnel, try being rude with the next waiter to serve you at a restaurant, this will help you develop an immunity to "man-paste" in your soup ;0

Amen to that punchy, but I wonder how many more times you'll have to say it before people get the message? Thought it was common sense meself...

Cant see "the rude" in my request. But did point out a few things after their response.

Their first response made me laught tho

"no, we wont help you"


the example above where some of you said: be rude to a waiter and you get crap service, is true

But.. go to a pub and ask for a beer.
if the response would be "no". Would you leave the pub without beer?
Or would you ask again?

still cant see that i did more than ask for that beer, and got a plain "no" back.

Love examples :)

Go to Burger King and order a Whopper Meal.
You pay for the burger.
1 min later you get a donut & coffee.

When you say you order a whopper, they say: "cant help you". then they move on to next customer.

Cant see anyone with common sense would be happy and eat their donut.

im sure most ppl on BW would use Rocketlaunchers and Airsupport to get their Whopper. ;)
