My last video, same as zerach, is 1400 kbps 1024x768 and ofc xvid codex at best quality setting.

Its velly easy to get that quality.. 52 mb for 4:48 is quite okey. I did divx mpeg low motion with my movie, about 13~mb per minut or so. Quality > all imo
