Aethelstan won't post or argue on a board he doesn't moderate because he can't delete replies which prove him to be wrong, an idiot or both. Recent events have proven this. (waiting for him to prove me wrong here of course).

Slightly more on topic; deleting threads just because they happen to disagree with your line is cowardly and makes you look stupid. If you are having trouble with arsey moderators then the best place you can take the discussion is a neutral forum (like this one). Of course I don't see anyone else addressing the issue because perhaps they are in the wrong but don't have mod powers to cover it up.

Redi our guild had similar problems people left over certain things we soon got back into our hunting and nice lving.We may be small to some guilds but we pack a punch but then again i just play the game for fun mainly also to get my mind off real life.

Templars are a guild that are good at what they do,they take keeps well,hunt well,understand each other well and interact within albion well.

As i expect you may get some people who disagree but i dont care i know that many people agree more then disagree what a great asset they are to our realm.

Now i am sure you guys can reform like we have done.

Artemis, cool your boots, i didnt mean to accuse the whole guild, but theres more than one member who doesn't exactly play the game for the camaradere and the atmosphere...

Overall, your a respectable bunch, bar the few L33ts and 'corner cutters', but its not my place to opine on other people ways of playing the game...

Although, i still dont see where Gideons answer is... i would love to know what amazing thing he has managed to glean from our boards that all the officers have been unable to gather threw months of discussion.

Whether a clash of personalities or a clash of egos, no one was forced out, sacked, or asked to leave. id guess 99% of the guild are all still on talking terms with them anyway, and are positively heartbroken that they did chose to go...

Artemis again, i apologise for flaming the guild, im in a very volatile mood as im trying to support the PCs of 40 people who don't speak a word of english and think that shouting makes it easier for me to understand Urdu & Polish...

Well I can't blame you for defending your guild so sorry for dragging you into this when it is really a gripe I have with Aethelstan and select members.

I would say that you would be wise to judge our members on how they act not on what you hear about their actions (particularly from Aethelstan and crew). Some people are flexible with the truth when talking about us which shows from this thread where a lot of Templars obviously haven't been filled in by Aeth about that incident when he was no doubt so keen to badmouth us to you all over what he thought happend.

No, it does not become an external debate.
All it does is including those people mentioned into the debate, not the entire DAoC community.

Personally I do not mind all the posts in this thread regarding us (not that many of them are exclusively Templar-focused though...).
Always good to see other Albs views on the guild one is in, wether it be a good one or a bad one.
I like to know where people stand in relation to myself, makes the social life so much easier.

If you guys had any respect you would leave them alone and accept them for being the great guild they are.

NO guild or gm should be flamed on public forums,at least talk to the gm or help them resolve their crisis then make it worse.
