3 instances of solid red lag and LD tonight so far, and getting worse, solid lag every 30-40 seconds now. Guess Opentranshit didn't do anything useful after all.

Multiple LD's here, serverside lag has been constant the last 2 hours, hardly unplayable, people constantly saying they or their group members keep going LD.

Again another fun night of daoc provided by goa

Out of interest, what zones were you all in when you lagged?

Aerus City ... it really f%^$&ed up our ML9 raid last night - which is particularly annoying considering how few and far between they are ...

I've stopped RvR untill this problem is resolved as it's unplayable. Run 2 minutes get red lag lose half the group, 2 people LD. rinse repeat

CBA with the hassle and getting bored of DAOC fast with no RvR although I didn't like the WoW beta given the situation here I may try it again.

My gut feeling is it's that penultimate link, rather than the Server. The server ping is just sometimes bad because it goes through the penultimate one.

Also found yesterday that you can pull an error count up on pingplotter (Right click and choose columns). That shows quite a few problems which tend to be at the times that one gets lag.

Also had Red lag occasionally (not as often as the weekend, but more often than earlier in the week) on Prydwen (Avalon City, Housing and Stygia).

atleast there is something on the GOA site about it:

[6-12-2004] Lag Issues

Serious lag issues affect a great part of the community and espacially players connecting from outside of France. We managed to identify the origin of these issues connected to internal and external networks. We are using all necessary measures to solve these problems as soon as possible.

We will inform you as soon as we have more information concerning the situation.

Just had a number of long and nasty lagspikes in boreal. Last one made us pull more or less all of the crocs at the croc tear ring enc. Released and logged after that. Seems the lag isnt bound to any special zone though. Seems to affect more or less everyone, everywhere. Getting quite tiresome now.

I have resently payed for another year on my sup for Dark age of Camelot, but right now i could wish i had payed only for 1 month coz it is almost impossible to play the game atm. Anyway, my account will be very passive soon if this is not sorted, and next time "if ever" i renew my account, it will be by the month, not a year.
