Question Ladies - Hairy chest on a man or not?

I have quite a hairy chest, have done for a very long time. Never used to be a problem with the ladies but over the last couple of years more and more of them don't like it at all. So much so that the last couple actually asked me to shave or wax it off.

Honestly I can't understand what has changed, is it a fashion thing or just another step down the road to the emasculation of men?

Thing that's changed; you listen to the particular women.

There's a ton of women out there, some love hair, some not. Some hate dirty nails, some think it makes a man look manly. Some like BJs, some don't.

So you see, you can't please them all and the main, the MAIN point here is that you never change for others and do exactly what you want to do

Problem ofcourse is the women chasers, those men who do everything to get women and change accordingly to the random female requests. This puts the "i'm me, deal with it" men into a disadvantage, but just use it to show your confidence and your golden.

Bit of a rant there, but tl;dr would be; do what you want, not what women want.

Oh and ofcourse; googling hairy chests makes you slightly bi-curious (as is custom to say on this particular forum)

Second, as I said before it never ever used to be a problem, in the last couple of years it is almost always a problem. I am not excessively hairy, that is why I used pictures because I would say I have as much chest hair as the first guy if not slightly less.

I understand what you mean when you say all women are different but have I really just had a two year run of women who don't like body hair and somehow managed to avoid those that do like it?

After speaking to my best mates girlfriend it seems she thinks very few if any women like hairy chests these days. She is 27 as well so she has a good grasp on what is fashionable.

Well the ones who haven't liked it have never developed into proper relationships to be fair, a couple of them I would very much liked to continue seeing as well. The hair wasn't the breakup issue but I am wondering if it was a small part of the problem on their behalf mebbe?

The venues for my social life is quite varied, from local pubs and bars to salsa clubs, night clubs and even a really classy casino bar in Manchester.

I couldn't categorise where I met the women to be honest, it has been a mix of all the places and a couple were even friends of friends partners.

In all fairness I prefer a clean shaven or nicely trimmed muff, face full of fuzz for prolonged periods is no fun. Hence why I keep my own nice and tidy, 80's pornstar chique is not very hygenic.

Depends on the hair people attracted to men a lot of the time like hair, I am one of those but its got to be 'nice' hair lol. Straight hair is a plus, when its all curly and wirey not good, and actual chest hair too, not just nipples, so joining in the middle is very good and the line that goes down to your stomach is a brucey bonus. These rules generally apply upon a rocking chest though (as the ones above, I'd love david boreanaz up there to be all hairy), as hairy moobs or bordering on isnt good, but I've no idea about your chest

Yes but you know what? Hairy armpits on a woman just look vile, I don't know why but they just are. Hairy muff I can cope with, even hairs on legs to a certain extent but hairy armpits? Dear god no.

Sounds good to me trimmed makes it kind of better I think, looks nicer.

My opinion is a simple one though, I like men to be men, which includes stout hairy legs and a bit of chest hair with furry butt cheeks.

I don't have that much chesthair (black and straight hairs) but It wouldn't be much of an issue to shave (or trim) them if she doesn't like it. But if I do it for her, I expect her to shave some other parts of her body. Actually its the other way around, I want her to shave and If she wants me to shave my chest orso I don't mind. I don't like hair at all.

And tbh, a girl with armpit hair is sooo gross! It really disgust me.
