Well, even if she was/is guilty the way the italians handled the evidence was pretty fucking appauling tbh. I guess she can enjoy christmas with her parents now, shame about Meredith's tho they must be going through hell right now.

Tbh I'm glad she's been cleared and I hope she sues the arse off the Italian justice department. Not because I think she's innocent, I don't and likely never will know that but because of the shoddy way the evidence was processed in the first place.

I feel for Merediths family because as Blood said they must be going through hell. However at the same time I feel for Knox because she shouldn't have been convicted in the first place.

They already convicted someone else of Kerchers murder. Why they didn't stand trial together we'll never know, but the whole thing was a giant media circus, glad she got out, and my sympathies for anyone ever caught in the Italian legal system.

In comparison, if that had been in the US, it would never had made trial.

she doesnt need to go back to italy tho, once in america only way they can get her back is thro extradition, there is a treaty between the two countries but its never been used
