ps we just finished fighting a mincer cleric and armsman and some other assisnt add, the fop was dropped in middle of combat and we were getting ready to move

I'd like to see a ss with chanter dealing more dmg with baseline nuke without debuff before I believe that.. hmm in fact I'll test it myself soon. I seriously doubt that chanter baseline nuke is 0.01s slower.. the charecter builder might say so but its lying... but It will be tested and see if they nuke with the same casting speed as sorc Lifetap

598 at cap with lifetap nuke is too much tho? when its 179 delve..

chanter base DD is 179 delve sorc lifetap is 179 delve, with the same gear/ras they will do same damage. Log in with ur chanter and im quite sure the delve will say 2.6s casttime, mine says 2.5. And no its not too much delve x3 + RAs and items, got 597.0366 so i guess daoc prints it as 598 since there is no , ? dunno but something like that. 179x3 = 537 x 1.09 = 585.33 x 1,02 = 597.0366 I REALLY suck at maths tho ;p

I could have understood them giving it to cabbys perhaps as ofc the debuff would be in vivi spell line thus making them have to split spec a little to get debuff for damage but giving it sorcs as well and on top of that all the toa bonuses and ml goodies etc its too much tbh.

Rushed is a pretty good sorc i will give him that and if u got debuffed by cabby and havent had chance to interupt either of them u are pretty much dead

I think you will find that for some reason sorc does more damage even if the delve is the same for some reason.

I was the first to be targetted and went down instantly with 2 sorc? nuking. didnt have time to react. Even Blizzardblade whom I was groupped with didnt have time to use IP.. saw him walk 2-3 steps and went down.

Sorcs specc 44mind cabas specc 46? spirit, big fucking deal they both have to specc almost the same and get almost the same amount of body. Sorcs can of course go for bodyspecc but that is NOT as good no matter how many kids think it is when they wank over thier slightly better damage screenshots.

Afaik no spell can be casted faster than 0.8 sec, even though there is no real hardcap, but around there is where you will land with max dex and toabonuses etc. So that means 3 taps in 1.6 sec for a fully toa'ed sorc and probably 3 in 2 sec for alot of them.

All casting speed should be nerfed anyway, not only sorcs lifetap. A hardcap of 2 sec would be nice f.ex.

hello earth to noob, i was assiting a cabby.

im mind specced so my average nuke is around 350-450 (31+18 body also) depending on targets body resists, also my nuke cap was much more pre-nf.

its quite clear ur just whining for the sake of whining, u killed us the run b4 we killed u, so we were both aware of each others presence in the general area. we were just about to go over bled bridge when i saw a firbys giant ass sticking out from a bush and we proceeded to get the jump and kill u all, in fact we got the jump when u beat us too but every single 1 of u purged and instas were flying around so dont gimme the nerf sorc bullshit, was ur purges down or something this time?

i've never been nuked for lesser than 500+ by sorc, so unless sorc crits every nuke then your avarange dmg is 500+ not 350 - 450 but also might be that ur sorc is a gimp ^^
