well the problem is they hit for 900 often becuz they cast 2 lifetap per sec :x

Never been hit for 900~ by a sorc tbh but I've done 800~ on quite a few targets with cap dmg and a decent crit.

Funny tho, Alb has dmg dealer as a cc'er mid has main healer as the most powerful cc'er in game? Hibs has a guy/girl that play instrument as main cc'er

900+ dmg is possible on sorc
47 body, RR5, mom3, no toa % spell dmg yet. Used moon staff to debuff then switched back to Traldors and nuked with spec dd.
screenshot is from bb who had max body resist prior to debuff, and was buffed etc.

resist is cap, but didnt have resist spell up tho. I figuire it was a huge crit.. but still its a baseline nuke
and I didnt say I didnt get debuffed.. I went down instantly when the 2 sorcs nuked me... mezz - 1st nuke resisted - 2nd nuke 895 3rd nuke 500+ 4th nuke 500+.. hmm I should have ss'd the log...- Thread starter

900? that is only possible after debuff unless you got like 0 body ressist, my sorc caps at 598 dmg with mom1 and 9% magic dmg from items and 625 with arch magery active (5mins/30mins) with a 50% crit that means 897/937,5. So id need those RAs or more (at rr9 i only recently started investing in those) and i would need to hit cap dmg + 50% crit. Not exactly something that happens often. Pretty much any nukerclass can do this damage or more with 1 nuke, the problem isnt that, the problem is a combination of three things. 1. lifetap 2. Nice dmg 3. castspeed . We dont do more damage then say a chanter per nuke like you seem to think we cast 0.01s faster then chanters tho and ours is lifedrain, they get heatdebuff so they will outdamage us when we aint grouped with a debuffer.

598 at cap with lifetap nuke is too much tho? when its 179 delve..

about my ss that can't be seen simply shows me nuking for 934.
cap is 672, 706 with arch magery. Casting speed for spec nuke is at 1.24 seconds atm, lifetap is 1.16 seconds or something close to them figures, according to dmg calcs etc.
RR5 47 body, mom 3, wp2, 10% resist pericing, all power relics (am on prydwen btw) tend to nuke 400-800, quite a large area of variance, but thats resists and crits.
Had 421 (-217) on a celt warden with 49% body resists, so not too bad.

its called assisting the debuffer mate, and i hate to break the news to u but im an alb and dont have access to them classes, if ur implying that i only play fotm classes, im just gonna laugh at that.
