I for one, just cant be on comp for such long periods to be in FG kind of play, family things etc.
Agreed with everything said here.

For those of you who haven't leveled a stealther aside from PL, played it in a non-zerg environment, etc ( muppetpriestess comes to mind ); kindly stfu about how easy-mode and god-mode we have, you clearly know nothing about it.

What a brilliant idea of Mythic! I admire their creativity.
Giving a class an ability to prevent a class from using a skill line totally. But then again it takes 15 secs to cast. During that time a mage might get a PA from a SB with shadowrun... nerf!

I really don't see this god and easy mode argument. Mayby if you camp mg with fg you have that, but some of us hunt mostly solo or duo. I for one go all over alone, and I mean all over. Whenever I fight someone I can rarely be sure of winning, sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. Yes, I do heavy damage but I'm not in godmode. Think its people who have never been nerfed or "fixed" who seem to know the best how to "stop whining and use skills."

Interupting fair fg fights is lame. Ruins the fun for both sides, especially when theres no idea as to who will win the fight.

Fyi I have played both ns and ranger at 50. Have a 50ns and my rl friend has a 50ranger. Chosing your fights, leaching some rp's then running off to hide looks pretty easy to me, only have to worry about the other realms stealth zergs.

Oh and we only ever sit at gatehouse when theres a zerg about, otherwise milegates are a nono. Not like we're there for more than 1h tops anyway and usually every other day.

If it so easy then how come stealthers use the pad as often as the peeps we kill? Lack of skills you obviously have?

Play safe and you dont die for a long time.
You can hide, you spec for that I know, but there was not much that could really take that ability away from you.
I mez, I specced for that. Purge came along, Det was born, resist buffs were implemented. Did I wajn that my mez would no longer hold people for 1minute? Did I say, OMG THIS IS THE END OF THE ROAD FOR ALL MEZ CLASSES. No.

Its only 1500 range, not like as soon as 1 mage casts it every stealther in emain can be seen no matter where they are ffs.

No such thing as a 'fair' fight imo - this is war ferchrisakes :)

But in equal fights i don't butt in - some do some don't. (I will jump in if the Albs are losing and I think I can help swing it - and hope other albs will do the same for me)

Perhaps mythic will come up with the great idea to give us stealther a new kind of camouflage which we can use every 10 minute after combat :)

Still.. The only place they will be used is at milegates imo. Which will stop the things in those screenies from happening.

The thing is that they will spread these out at all points where we stealters normaly is.
that will force us away from the normal routes and there for away from anyone to kill.

It will also prevent us from even passing a mg. i dont camp mgs but i sure do pass them alot to get closer to pks where you find the most soloers.

but the areas around pks will also be filled with those orbs.

only places i can think of where a stealther will be "safe" from this orb is at ridge or maybe somewhere betwean amg-mmg.

and you dont see any soloers there.
the soloers you see near pks is the ones that are moveing to join a zerg most likely.

This MLs is just a way to force stealthers into normal fg fighting.
stealthers only purpose is to be solo or in small grps picking out straglers and other weak targets. now we will be a gimp tank with no Det, low dmg, no defence but with snare.

If you look at the assassin MLs you see that they are also mostly usable when in a normal grp.

===: This is a way from mythic to say: Yes we had stealthers in game for 2years but now we changed our mind, lets remove stealthers or atleast their soloing ability as that is clearly unfare that a class can walk around without get noticed.
Oh but we nerfed their dmg just becouse of that... ah well cant boost dmg lets just let em have same dmg and ras so they just be some gimp light tanks.

did you also know that most stealthers hate when normal groups run up and 'help' you kill that soloer that was gonna die anyway?

yes, i got a sb to :) And FGs tend to run past them (atleast the once i have played in), i dont know (as its kinda hard to see them) if SBs tend to run past 1fg fighs but i doubt it :p

Amen to that,

Stealther population is growing wild in US and Europe, so they get nerfed...

A shame noone still gets it: a class only gets nerfed when their population creates an imbalance...

Pure stealthers will continu their game, and the weak will parisch

Well i sure hope they lower the focking restealth timer cause its a joke atm 9/10 sec when you can restealth again lol how you supposed to get away fast enough :(

We are supposed to be very fast killers then hide fast again.

Solo caster comes walking... Pa chain dead in the distance speed 5 alb zerg inc... Hit stealth.. You can not stealth you have been recently in combat..... Mincer closes in fast... Hit stealth... You cannot hide you have been recently in combat....Mincer mezzes you bam dead stealther only cause of that bloody long timer just make it 4/5 sec :(

Ive had maybe 1 or 2 fgs let me finish a fight the rest just leech kills and tbh whats good for them is good for me.

reports of 1.5fg alb stealthers at mmg/emain now :) kinda gives you an indication of why mythic would do this since its only dinnertime.

About time they toned the stealther rampage down a bit.
It is so funny to see people whining and complaining it will be the end of their class or telling on vnboard how they canceled their accounts. Well IMHO of you can't take being brought down from God mode in RvR to a normal level you should be playing quake or something ..
Stealthers will continue to be able to perform well in RvR, but the insane amount of Rp's they could get without much risk will be gone (and that is a good thing)

Shame an Alb scout has the pic of 10 mid stealthers on the mmg now.

They could make a stealther only zone so that they could fool around for themselves since noone seems to want em in ordinary RvR zones. Its pretty annoying when trying to get a FG vs FG fight and get a fg stealthers adding on your healers, its almost the same level of annoyance if stealthers from the same realm add on you.
