Oh man I love Jamaican food, jerk chicken is da fukin bomb. Chicken patties, curried goat, rice and peas, dumplins, red snapper and friend plantains. It's all good!

Not many Jamaican takeaways in Manchester sadly but I am blessed with a decent one 3 miles away, would recommend the food to anyone, it is spicy and really tasty. Makes a great change from curries, kebabs, pizza and chinese.

No, generally meat marinated in some kind of spicy massala (many varieties) for a while, then stewed in a variety of ways depending on the type of curry. Some are done with coconut milk, others have lots of lentils and meat stock but there are many many different types including fish curries.
