I don't know if those i vote for are the best in their class, but they are players that give me a good/hard fight when i am out soloing.
Guess i'm making it into more of a "players i respect the most" answer.
I wont vote for any mid classes as i don't fight those.
Of course, classes like bards, clerics etc are not on my list, as i don't really fight those much either.

Champion - Hellshar. Beat me up 4 out of 5 times(or something) one day. :\
Nightshade - Boozeh <3
Valewalker - Blizzard, as he was the only really hard one i ever met and he was rr4ish at the time.

Albion

Armsman - Kagato, of course! There can be only one.
Mercenary - Samaroon, cause he doesn't use DT in 1on1 fights like every other merc.
Infiltrator - Phibe. Tough bugger that's really hard to beat, if i even win at all.
Minstrel - Malile and Haoth. Low rr minstrels that give it their best and i like their style.
Heretic - Haxen. Only one i've met that makes me use lots of abilities to win(or not lose by too much=)).

I intentionally log every 10 mins to keep my toons names out of the /stat rp list!
