The proc will work even if i am rr7? or just works if you are 4L9?

It drops in Cathal Valley which is the lvl 45-49 BG. The other rquirements on Cathal Valley is that you must be under rr5 and no more than ML5.

It would be silly for a weapon to drop there that couldn't be used in it. So I would assume that the proc no longer works once you are above rr5.

Nahh, cant be right... all other procs ect has a game mechanics of X lvl in order for Y proc to start working, not the other way around. I cant see that they would make a reverced requierment then they normaly use.

So I read "- Spell has a chance of casting when this weapon strikes an enemy.
- Requirement: Level 45-50 & R4L9 " it like this: you need to be lvl 45+ and R4L9+ for it to work... its sort of nearly OP for the BG and has a like a "endgame reward" feeling on it.

For the proc to work you need to be lvl 45+ and RR4L9 or higher RR

So the proc will work for you.

Well I stand corrected. However a screenshot of the proc going off would be the proof that everybody is looking for.

The reason why I thought they put the revese requirement in was because they wanted to put some op new stuff in the new BG, but didn't want people complaining that it affected normal RvR. Both sets of logic make some sort of sense.
