Item decay

Well since artis and every "once in a game-time" items have the same decay rate as every other item, just decided to post this link to inform people to get the max lifetime of every item.

Oh and afaik if jewelry has no +skills (slash,parry,mana,etc) you can use it happily at 70% con (at that the +skills dont work). I know most of you know this but anyways
