Item charges

So I was messing around in poc yesterday with my chanter/druid and killed Busiv, he dropped a bracer with a pretty good charge on I thought for solo purposes (40% attack speed debuff) stats arent that bad either something like 24 str 24 dex 24 con 64 hits or so any other good items out there with silly charges? i've seen the megalodon stuff some of those are nice aswell.

Zilistiphle bracer is very nice thane bracer still imo... if your a stormcalling thane
has:
24 acuity
24 dexterity
24 strength
24 constitution
+
20% power charge

I used it on classic servers and worked very well...

They are all just haste charges.

Dont think ive ever seen drop with a celerity charge before.

if you get 900 alchemist and get a celerity alch charge in ur shield // armor you can get it yes...

Shame the Megalodon cloak isn't that good stat wise :/ the 20% abs debuff charge rocks on it (stats below for those curious)
