Let the mouses inside the server have their dinner...i think they are in strike.

Most of the servers have their own E+E (eyes and ears) team who have contact info for the respective gm's. Im sure one of em could put you in touch with the relevent person..

GoA use hampster not mice to power the servers. I remember a while back A GM said that GoA were increasing there server Support so they could reboot servers, Excalibur went down for pretty much a whole weekend a few months ago.

looks like either they have no on call support after all, or they do not know where/which are the italian servers to reboot. One sounds like lazyness, the other sounds like incompetentcy.. you choose

Sorry at 1:50am nothing short of a nuclear explosion will wake me up. Servers will be up shortly (or more news if it's something more serious).

more info - problem was a switch breaking down somewhere in the Deira internal network. It's being fixed and the server will be back up sometime this morning.

There is a problem with part of the hardware for the Italian server. I'm told it's a faulty switch which is causing it to crash and not allowing it to reset. We're working to fix it as soon as possible.
