I'm pretty sure all the worlds resources would have been diverted into making Adolf immortal.

Let's not forget that not all were agaist the nazis either. When the war was won, things would've stabilized(probably a lot of resistance stuff though) and after 60 years to us things would seem like normal and we'd be really thankful of our glorious nazi warheros in WW2.
