Well I got home to find that a package I was waiting for arrived at my house whilst no one was in, so it was bought back to the office place (delivered by DHL)
DHL left the little note saying to ring them at such and such time, they said if I rang before 7:30pm tonight then my item would be delivered tomorrow. I rang non-stop between 4pm and 7:30pm and 1/2 the time it was engaged, and the other 1/2 it just rang continously until I got a message saying no one is on the other line. The 1 time someone from DHL did pick the phone up it was immediatly put back down.
Isn't that a bit lame for a "proper" company? Now I won't get my package tomorrow, and probably not saturday either if there shitty customer service is anything to go by.
