My gf was on her knees on a chair getting a picture taken. The bouncer came over told her to get the f*ck down and hes not f'in about.

I said listen man theres no need to be an asshole get down would of been ok. About 9 of them threw me to the floor, i had my arms wide apart and was telling them im not resisting at all. i will walk out.

he threw me OUT THE BACK, whilest throwing me out he BIT MY EAR!!!! proper bit it, its black and blue this morning, then said eat wall and tried throwing me in the wall.

police will be at mine at 5, but is it worth it? I took pictures last night as it happened and reported it to a copper on the street. he said ring in the morning

Follow it up he'll lose his security license or whatever bouncers go by these days, pub like yates generally wont pay under the table they'll use a security firm so its well worth following up because unlike like pay under the table pubs they'll actually take action against him with it being a well known establishment.

Also tell them you're having trouble hearing after he bit you aswell get abit more compo that way!

Definately worth following it up. The guy assaulted you, there's no other word for it, he also bit your ear which is ABH. As blood said he works at Yatseys so he'll have been hired through an agency. Follow it up, press charges. He'll probably get a criminal record and he'll lose his SIA license which means he'll not be able to work as a bouncer (Officially at least) again. I have friends in the security industry. You can lose the SIA license for a lot of reasons. One of them almost lost his because he was pulled over and had a stanley knife in a toolbox in the boot of his car.

I think it's obviously what town you are in that relates to how much of a **** bouncers are, or the venue. The places I go I've not seen the bouncers step out of line, but there are other places I avoid because they let in scum, and the bouncers fight fire with fire.

If there is no cctv evidence it is your word against him (and his bouncer mates), so I think the person that told you it will probably not go anywhere is right. It may be more worth your time writing a letter of complaint to the management of the club and their company head office.

Request a meeting with the manager of the pub as well to discuss an unwarrented assualt by one of their employees.

Even if it goes no where, you can cause a lot of shit for the bouncer and probably cause him to lose his job no matter what the police do. So well worth proceeding with it as twats like this cause the issues as they escalate problems instead of doing their jobs
