A written apology means fuck all dude, with it all on cctv you should be pressing charges, if he loses his job it might teach him a lesson.

He can claim regardless of conviction, that's what the criminal injuries board are for, as long as the complaint is logged at the police station, our dood here will be compensated. Takes ages tho. I've done it twice Pay out sucked too :s
